Top conference centre with over 200 rooms in Northamptonshire seeks an experienced Deputy Head Housekeeper to ensure the highest standards are maintained within the department. Applicants must have experience within housekeeping and come from a current role where you are supervising * managing a housekeeping team. You will be standards driven and have attention to detail, as public areas will be covered as well as rooms. A candidate with good people skills is required, who can motivate staff in the team and develop the department to achieve high standards.
